Knowledge to become the architect in shaping organizational culture. The program includes prework, 2 days in-person training with a Master Consultant and group & individual supervision sessions. The certified consultants get a coherent methodology for conducting complex organizational transformation projects, a deep understanding of the conditioning mechanisms between leadership acts and organizational culture and the support of a network of consultants willing to share their own experiences.
